目的 观察大鼠脑缺血再灌注中脑及垂体降钙素基因相关肽 ( CGRP)含量的变化。 方法 采用放射免疫测定方法 ,测定大鼠全脑缺血 5 min再灌注 5 min、缺血 15 min再灌注 45 min、缺血30 min再灌注 30 min中脑及垂体 CGRP含量变化 ,并与相同缺血时间组、假手术组及总时间相同但仅有缺血组相比。 结果 缺血 5 min再灌注 5 min组 CGRP含量与相应的缺血组与假手组均相比明显升高 ;缺血 30 min再灌注 30 min组 CGRP值低于假手术组 ;缺血 15 min再灌注 45 min组 CGRP值介于前两种情况之间。 结论 缺血 15 min后再灌注部分脑组织已有损伤 ,再灌注已不利于脑组织修复 ,应在超早期 ( <15 min)积极恢复血液供应。
Objective To observe the changes of calcitonin gene - related peptide (CGRP) in the brain and pituitary after cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of CGRP in midbrain and pituitary after 5 min reperfusion in 5 min of ischemia, 45 min reperfusion in ischemia, 30 min reperfusion in reperfusion 30 min ischemia, Blood time group, sham operation group and the same total time but only ischemic group. Results The CGRP levels in 5 min ischemia reperfusion group and 5 min ischemia reperfusion group were significantly higher than those in the corresponding ischemic group and sham group. The CGRP values in 30 min ischemia reperfusion 30 min group were lower than those in sham operation group. The CGRP value at 45 min perfusion was in the first two cases. Conclusions Some cerebral tissues have been damaged after reperfusion 15 min after ischemia. Reperfusion is not good for brain tissue repair. The blood supply should be recovered actively in the early stage (<15 min).
