建设和谐企业,必须充分发挥工会组织“传感器”、“助推器”“、调节器”、“孵化器”的作用。通过工会组织整体功能的提高,增强企业的向心力、凝聚力。今年初,天津市内某加油站由于经营资质不符合国家规定被有关执法部门勒令停业。由于天津石油分公司零售中心下属加油站员工实行的是“联量计酬,多劳多得”的薪酬方式,该加油站员工失去了工作权利,报酬大幅降低,生活无法保障。加油站十几名员工群情激奋,联名上书工会要求有个说法。
