中国改革开放之路已走过30多年的发展历程。期间,在全总的正确领导下,基层工会充分发挥党组织联系职工群众的桥梁纽带作用,维护职工群众利益,切实履行工会职能,为企业改革发展、团结稳定作出了积极贡献。以下结合长春电力集团有限公司(以下简称长电集团)十年多来的发展经历,对新形势下工会加强自身组织建设,进而增强职工对企业的认同感、归属感、责任感、幸福感和成就感,促进企业健康平稳发展谈几点体会个人思考。
