近年来,校园招聘的弊端开始显现,实习生计划作为一种新兴有效的培养选拔人才的方式被越来越多的企业所采用。它的突出特点是使企业有了更广阔的选拔人才空间,能更深入全面地考察学生的素质和能力,反映了企业在择人机制上的进步和完善。着重探讨实习生计划的积极作用、可行性以及企业在这过程中应该注意的问题。
In recent years, the disadvantages of campus recruiting began to appear. The intern program was adopted by more and more enterprises as an emerging and effective way to train and select qualified personnel. Its outstanding feature is to enable enterprises to have a broader space for selection of personnel, a more comprehensive and comprehensive examination of the quality and ability of students, reflecting the enterprise in the selection and improvement of human mechanisms. Emphasis will be placed on the positive role of intern programs, their feasibility, and the issues companies should pay attention to in this process.
