《义务教育数学课程标准》中明确指出:“义务教育阶段的数学课程应突出体现基础性、普及性和发展性,使数学教育面向全体学生,实现人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必需的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”在新课改理念之风刮来后,小学数学课堂发生了很大的变化,在实施有效备课以及新课改理念的课堂实践上,教师积累了较为丰富的经验,但是在作业设计方面,许多教师还是依赖于教科书,对作业的设计以及认知不够。
