Everyone with a passion for animals might have dreamed of communicating with wolves one day. The same is true of me. Chances are that I may choose wolves if I’m offered an opportunity to communicating with them.
Since wolves were s considered as a danger to people’s safety and well-being because of their sharp claws and glowing eyes， they were once poached without limit control. With the advance of zoology， animal testing became increasingly popular， which is actually cruel. However， the novel Wolf Totem significantly has altered this situation， appealing for a great deal of animal right campaigners to fight for wolves. The book tells a story that people’s attitude to wolves has changed from hatred and fear to awe and appreciation. Spreading rapidly throughout China， the novel has been arousing people’s awareness of wolf protection. Actually， both human and wolves have a mistaken cognition of each other. Human beings’ views of wolves have changed， while wolves’ understanding of human beings remains incomplete and unchanged. Therefore， communication between people and wolves is obviously necessary. If possible， I am willing to have the following letter as an initiation to communicate with them：
Dear wolves，
I’m honored to have you read my words. There are so many things I want to talk to you. As far as I am concerned， only one of them is of prioritized significance， which is to apologize to you for our long-period hunting. Nowadays， your bravery and team spirit are appreciated by a great many people. Besides， an increasing number of nature reserves are under construction for you. We have realized how wrong the poaching we’ve done is.
At the same time， we hope that you can be less aggressive to us. I believe that our mutual trust and friendliess can build a better life for both of your species and mine.
Finally， I’d like to provide you with my best wishes. Your valuable spirits will be certainly handed down from generation to generation！
