研究根管形态可采用下列方法,如注射染料、有色树脂或印度墨汁到髓腔以产生三维透明牙标本;纵切牙可直接观察根管;用阻射材料充填根管后摄牙片可提供二维根管研究;光镜下检查根尖磨片等。近年来有人采用研究下颌前磨牙根管形态的一种电子计算法,它将牙片影像转换成电子计算图像,从而获得不同根尖水平的根管的三维图像。本研究旨在采用常规牙片和干片来评价电子计算法对研究根管形态的准确性。
Root canal morphology can be used by the following methods, such as injection of dye, colored resin or Indian ink to the marrow cavity to produce three-dimensional transparent tooth specimens; longitudinal incisors can be directly observed root canal; Two-dimensional root canal research; light microscopic examination of apex grinding and so on. In recent years, it has been used to study the mandibular premolars morphology of a root canal electronic computing method, which will be converted into electronic images of dental images to obtain three-dimensional images of different root tip level of the root canal. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of electronic algorithms in studying root canal morphology using conventional tooth and dry films.
