继从喜树(Camptotheca acuminata Decne)果中分到二十余个化合物之后,最近又从广西河池地区综合研究所生产10-羟基喜树碱的母液中分得了新生物碱10-羟基脱氧喜树碱(1)。 1为黄色针晶,m.p.298—300℃(分解),[α]_D~(16)—9.36°(c0.086,吡啶),分子式C_(20)H_(16)N_2O_4,与喜树碱(2)相同,比10-羟基喜树碱(3)少一个氧原子。薄层层析R_f=0.3[硅胶层,7:3氯仿-丙酮(v/v)],稍大于3(R_f=0.2),但远小于2(R_f=0.7)在3650A荧光下,1、3均为米黄色
