目的观察3日短程中药排石方案联合维生素B6治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法将347例病例随机分为治疗组(178例)和对照组(169例);对照组采用3日短程中药排石方案治疗,治疗组采用3日短程中药排石方案联合维生素B6治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组结石完全排出74例(41.6%),对照组结石完全排出61例(36.1%),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 3日短程中药排石方案联合维生素B6治疗肾结石的结石完全排出率高于单纯3日短程中药排石方案。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of short-term traditional Chinese medicine draining stone scheme combined with vitamin B6 in the treatment of kidney stones on the 3rd. Methods A total of 347 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (178 cases) and control group (169 cases). The control group was treated with short-term traditional Chinese medicine draining stone on the 3rd day. The treatment group was treated with short-term traditional Chinese medicine Two groups of clinical efficacy. Results The stones in the treatment group were completely discharged in 74 cases (41.6%), and the control group was completely discharged in 61 cases (36.1%). The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion On the 3rd short-term traditional Chinese medicine row of stones combined with vitamin B6 treatment of stone stones completely discharged rate higher than the simple three days of short-range traditional Chinese medicine row of stone program.
