对４种不同套袋时期进行了试验。结果表明：烟草套袋的适宜时期是在烟草中心花开放后第５～１０天之间。在这一时期内套袋，自交种子的产量高、千粒重大；套袋过早或过晚都会降低自交种子的产量和千粒重，而且对蒴果的成熟期有显著影响。 Four different bagging periods were tested. The results showed that the optimum period for tobacco bagging was between the 5th and 10th days after tobacco center flower was opened. During this period, the yield of self-bred seeds was high and the grain yield was very high. If too early or too late, bagging would reduce the yield and 1000-grain weight of selfed seeds and had a significant effect on the maturity of the capsule.
