目的:评估3D打印技术在眶壁骨折修复手术中应用的效果。方法:回顾性分析山西大医院眼科2016年6月至2019年6月眶壁骨折修复手术61例(61只眼)的临床资料。其中打印组31例行眶壁骨折修复,术前应用3D打印技术+补片预设计;常规组30例不用打印技术,进行常规手术。术后随访1个月,通过CT检查比较两组患者植入的补片与骨折窗是否吻合。结果:术后观察植入补片与骨折窗的吻合度,打印组的吻合率为88.2%,高于常规组的吻合率76.7%,差异有统计学意义(n χ2=5.220,n P=0.026)。n 结论:应用3D打印技术对术前补片的修剪更加个体化,提高了补片的解剖修复水平,取得更好的手术效果。“,”Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of 3D printing applications in orbital wall fracture repair surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 61 eyes of 61 cases of orbital wall fracture from Jun. 2016 to Jun. 2019 in Shanxi Dayi Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. In the printing group, 3D printing technology was applied to 31 cases with pre-designed patch before orbital wall fracture repair surgery. In the conventional group, 30 cases accepted conventional surgery without applying 3D printing technology. The follow-up time was 1 month. CT was used to compare the fitness of the patch and the fracture window in the two groups.Results:The coincidence rate of the implanted patches and the fracture window was observed. In the 3D printing technology group, the coincidence rate was 88.2%, which was higher than the 76.7% the in conventional group. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups (n χ2=5.220, n P=0.026).n Conclusion:The preoperative evaluation of surgical methods and patch pruning using 3D printing technology are more individualized, improve the level of anatomic repair of patch, and can achieve better surgical efficacy.
