以聚乙烯球为模板,用反应烧结法制备了SiC中空球,用SEM、XRD、煮沸法、伏安法等表征了其物相组成、显微结构、气孔率和电阻率,讨论了中空球及其微孔形成机理,研究了其在电加热时对柴油机尾气中的颗粒的净化效果和再生性能。结果表明,Si C中空球由中空的内核和外壳构成,壳层约厚300μm,壳层上布满微气孔,孔径约80-120 nm,其物相组成α-SiC、β-SiC、C、SiO2和Si组成,其外壳微孔和内壳中空孔结构对尾气中的颗粒具有良好净化效果,利用优异的电加热性能,使过滤器能处于持续的净化再生状态,180
