通过对上海中小学教师的问题行为进行调查研究,根据统计处理、分析研究,发现中小学教师中存在不同程度的问题行为者占相当比例:其中12.22%有轻微程度问题行为,3.26%有一般程度问题行为,0.70%有较重程度问题行为;在有问题行为的教师中,男性教师的比例高于女性教师,中学教师的比例高于小学教师;但问题行为在不同的年龄层次上没有显著差异;有问题行为的教师的心理健康水平明显低于全国常模。
Through investigating and researching the problem behaviors of teachers in Shanghai primary and secondary schools, according to statistical processing and analysis, it was found that there were a considerable proportion of problem-related actors in primary and secondary school teachers: 12.22% had mild degree of problematic behavior, and 3.26% had general degree. Among the problem behaviors, 0.70% had more serious problem behaviors; among teachers with problem behaviors, the proportion of male teachers was higher than that of female teachers, and the proportion of secondary school teachers was higher than that of elementary school teachers; but there was no significant difference in problem behavior at different age levels. The level of mental health of teachers with problematic behavior is significantly lower than the national norm.
