目的探讨简易标准化病人在基础护理学实训教学中的应用效果。方法将100名中职护生随机分为实验组与对照组,每组50名。实验组护生采用简易标准化病人教学法,对照组护生采用传统实训教学法。实训结束后,比较实验组和对照组的技能和理论成绩,采用问卷调查实验组护生对SSP教学效果的评价。结果实验组护生技能和理论成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组对SSP教学效果有较高的评价。结论将简易标准化病人应用于基础护理学实训教学中,能够调动护生的学习积极性和参与性,增强实训教学效果,可以提高护生的综合能力,有利于培养高素质实用型护理人才,为护生临床见习和实习打下良好的基础。
Objective To explore the effect of simple standardization in basic nursing teaching. Methods 100 secondary nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 in each group. Nursing students in the experimental group adopted a simple and standardized method of teaching patients while those in the control group adopted traditional training methods. After the training, compare the skills and theoretical achievements of the experimental group and the control group, using the questionnaire survey group nursing students to evaluate the SSP teaching effect. Results The nursing students’ skills and theoretical scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The experimental group had a higher evaluation on the teaching effect of SSP. Conclusion The application of simple standardized patients in basic nursing teaching can arouse the enthusiasm and participation of nursing students, enhance the effectiveness of practical teaching, improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students, and help cultivate high quality and practical nursing talents, Lay a good foundation for nursing student clinical internship and internship.
