高能重离子在绝缘材料表面产生的潜径迹经过蚀刻后形成一定形貌的核径迹孔,而密集的径迹孔表面相当于渐变折射率层。本工作用几何模型模拟简化的多孔表面,用等效介质理论进行计算,对蚀刻后表面的折射率渐变规律进行了解释。
The potential trace of high energetic heavy ions on the surface of the insulating material is etched to form a nuclear track with a certain shape, while the dense track surface is equivalent to the graded index layer. In this work, the simplified porous surface was modeled by the geometric model, and the equivalent medium theory was used to calculate the gradient of the refractive index of the surface after etching.
