民主评议干部是职工依法行使民主管理、民主监督权利的有效形式。做好职工代表大会对领导干部的民主评议工作,有利于建立自我约束机制,有利于加强党风廉政建设,促进企业改革和发展。民主评议干部工作要以干部的任期目标和岗位责任制为依据,从德、能、勤、绩、廉五个方面进行评议。深化此项工作,必须让职代会行使职权,并与考核、奖惩、任免紧密结合。 Democratically appraising cadres is an effective form for workers and staff to exercise their democratic management and democratic supervision according to law.
