民主评议干部是职工依法行使民主管理、民主监督权利的有效形式。做好职工代表大会对领导干部的民主评议工作,有利于建立自我约束机制,有利于加强党风廉政建设,促进企业改革和发展。民主评议干部工作要以干部的任期目标和岗位责任制为依据,从德、能、勤、绩、廉五个方面进行评议。深化此项工作,必须让职代会行使职权,并与考核、奖惩、任免紧密结合。
Democratically appraising cadres is an effective form for workers and staff to exercise their democratic management and democratic supervision according to law. Doing the democratic appraisal of leading cadres by the worker’s congress is conducive to establishing a self-restraining mechanism, strengthening the building of a clean government and promoting the reform and development of enterprises. Democratically evaluate the cadre work should be based on the cadre’s tenure objectives and job responsibility system, from Germany, energy, diligence, performance and integrity of the five aspects of evaluation. To deepen this work, the workers’ congress must exercise its powers and work closely with examination, rewards and punishment, and appointment and removal.
