伴随着素质教育的步伐,沐浴着新一轮课程改革春风,每一所小学都站在新课改实验起跑线上,依据新课程标准,描绘培养人才的新蓝图。在课改进程中,我校着重思考的是:如何立足课程改革平台,有计划、有步骤、全方位地深化教育教学改革?如何有效提高教育教学质量?笔者认为充分发挥教学评价的导向、激励功能,是引导广大教师积极参与课改实验、转变教育教学行为、切实提高教育效率的有效杠杆,据此笔者在教学评价方面做了一些粗浅探索,略述如下:
