随着80后逐渐成为职场的主力军,中年知识型员工处于职业生涯的中期,面临许多中年危机。危机影响中年知识型员工的心理和行为,进而也影响工作绩效和职业发展。所以本文的研究目的是分析不同危机以及危机产生的原因,提出应对危机的策略,从而企业可以帮助中年知识型员工解决危机,疏通职业发展通道,开拓新的职业发展方向和树立新的目标,进一步提高中年知识型员工的竞争力和归属感,促进员工和企业的共同可持续发展。
With the 1980s becoming the main force in the workplace, middle-aged knowledge workers are at the middle of their careers and face many middle-aged crises. The crisis affects the mentality and behavior of middle-aged knowledge workers, which in turn affects job performance and career development.
