分析了PSD(PositionSensitiveDetector)作为二维位置传感器的优越特性,给出了理论上反偏状态下的PSD的定位特性与光斑的关系,解释了在信号光源强度较弱时的位置坐标向中心靠拢的实验现象,理论和实验结果符合得很好,并由此将背景光划分为漫射型和集中型,进一步建立起了背景光影响下的位置误差估算公式以及消除背景影响的算法.
This paper analyzes the superiority of Position Sensitive Detector (PSD) as a two-dimensional position sensor, and gives the theoretical relationship between the PSD and the light spot in the reverse biased state. The position coordinate of the PSD is explained when the signal intensity is weak The experimental phenomena, the theoretical and experimental results are in good agreement with each other, and the background light is divided into diffuse and concentrated types. The formula for estimating the position error under the influence of background light and the algorithm for eliminating background influence are further established.
