目的:研究芩榆烧伤凝胶对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、表皮葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌能力。方法:采用试管两倍稀释法测定芩榆烧伤凝胶对受试菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。选择芩榆烧伤凝胶对受试菌的最低抑菌浓度测定杀菌速度,绘制杀菌曲线(KC S)。结果:对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC及MBC为0.48 mg·g-1,对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC及MBC为0.24 mg·g-1,对大肠埃希菌的MIC及MBC为1.91 mg·g-1,对表皮葡萄球菌的MIC及MBC为0.12 mg·g-1,对白色念珠菌的MIC为0.24 mg·g-1、MBC为0.48 mg·g-1。KC S表明,24 h后芩榆烧伤凝胶对受试菌的杀菌率为95%以上。结论:芩榆烧伤凝胶对上述革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌、白色念株菌均有杀灭作用并且杀菌作用快。
Objective: To study the antimicrobial activity of Qin Yu burns gel against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Candida albicans. Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of the gel of Qin Yu burn on the tested bacteria were determined by two-fold dilution in vitro. Select Qin Yu burns gel on the minimum inhibitory concentration of tested bacteria sterilization speed, draw the sterilization curve (KC S). Results: The MIC and MBC of Staphylococcus aureus were 0.48 mg · g-1, the MIC and MBC of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 0.24 mg · g-1, the MIC and MBC of Escherichia coli were 1.91 mg · g-1, MIC and MBC of Staphylococcus epidermidis were 0.12 mg · g-1, MIC of Candida albicans was 0.24 mg · g-1, MBC was 0.48 mg · g-1. KC S showed that after 24 h, the bactericidal rate of Scutellaria sinensis burns gel to the tested bacteria was more than 95%. Conclusion: Qin Yu burn gel on the Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, white strains of Candida have a killing effect and bactericidal effect.
