在多年的中学英语教学中,同班学生中成绩两级分化的现象较为普遍。一般情况下优等生更能获得老师的额外关照,学困生则会在这一过程中产生自卑和厌学心理,从而成绩出现马太效应的情况。然而,现实情况是所谓学困生在英语学习中所占比例并不低,这些学生的心理变化不应受到忽视,任课老师有责任给予他们更大的帮助。本文就是在这一理念的指导下,结合中学英语教学与学困生心理素质教育两方面进行相关探讨,以期对转化学困生自身心理能够起到一定的积极作用。 In many years of high school English teaching, the phenomenon of grade division in the same class of students is more common.
