在多年的中学英语教学中,同班学生中成绩两级分化的现象较为普遍。一般情况下优等生更能获得老师的额外关照,学困生则会在这一过程中产生自卑和厌学心理,从而成绩出现马太效应的情况。然而,现实情况是所谓学困生在英语学习中所占比例并不低,这些学生的心理变化不应受到忽视,任课老师有责任给予他们更大的帮助。本文就是在这一理念的指导下,结合中学英语教学与学困生心理素质教育两方面进行相关探讨,以期对转化学困生自身心理能够起到一定的积极作用。
In many years of high school English teaching, the phenomenon of grade division in the same class of students is more common. Under normal circumstances, the honored students are more likely to receive extra attention from their teachers. Students with learning difficulties will develop a sense of inferiority and ignorance in this process, which will lead to a Matthew effect. However, the reality is that the proportion of so-called impoverished students in English learning is not low. The psychological changes of these students should not be neglected. Teachers in the classroom are obliged to give them greater help. This article is under the guidance of this idea, combining the English teaching in middle school with the psychological quality education of the poor students in two aspects to carry out relevant discussions, with a view to turning the chemistry of the poor students can play a positive role.
