本文将变态反应性疾病中近1~2年的研究动态,简要地归纳如下: Ⅰ变态反应的化学介质由肥大细胞和嗜碱细胞的脱颗粒反应而释放的化学介质有组胺、过敏反应的嗜酸性白细胞趋化因子(ECF-A)、血小板激活因子(Platelets activati-ng factor,PAF)、慢反应物质(Slow reactivesubstance of anaphylaxis,SRS-A)等。还有嗜中性白细胞趋化因子(NCF)。这些化学介质的化学结构逐渐地得到了阐明,例如PAF是一种脂质,称为烃基甘油醚磷酰胆碱(alkyl-glyceryl ether phosp-horylcholine,AGEPC)。其他的化学介质也在进行广泛地研究,化学结构将会逐步的得到阐明。
In this paper, the nearly 1 to 2 years of allergic disease research developments summarized as follows: Ⅰ allergic chemical medium by mast cells and basophil degranulation of the chemical mediators of histamine release, allergic reactions Eosinophil chemokines (ECF-A), platelets activati-ng factor (PAF), slow reactive substance of anaphylaxis (SRS-A) and so on. There are also neutrophil chemokines (NCFs). The chemical structure of these chemical mediators has been gradually elucidated. For example, PAF is a lipid called alkyl-glyceryl ether phosphatidylcholine (AGEPC). Other chemical media are also under extensive research and the chemical structure will be gradually elucidated.
