利用抗人血管内皮细胞 因子相关抗原 (F- RAg)抗体的免疫组化 SP法对 33例食管鳞癌手术切除标本中微血管密度 (MVD)进行染色计数。同时用增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达来代表肿瘤的增殖 ,对代表血管新生的 MVD与食管鳞癌的不同临床病理因素及 PCNA表达间的关系进行探讨。结果显示不同的 TNM分期间MVD不同 (P<0 .0 5 ) :在有无淋巴结转移组间及不同瘤体长度组间 MVD不同 (P<0 .0 1) :MVD与 PCNA表达正相关 (r=0 .4、P<0 .0 5 ) ,PCNA表达与淋巴结转移相关。认为血管新生在肿瘤生长中发挥作用 ,并与其增殖及转移有关。 MVD、PCNA表达可作为预测食管鳞癌恶性行为的一个重要指标。
The MVD of 33 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma specimens were counted by immunohistochemistry using anti-human vascular endothelial cell factor-related antigen (F-RAg) antibody. At the same time, the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was used to represent the tumor proliferation. The relationship between MVD, which represents angiogenesis and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and the different clinicopathological factors and PCNA expression was discussed. The results showed that MVD was significantly different between different TNM stages (P <0.05): MVD was different between groups with or without lymph node metastasis and different tumor length groups (P <0.01): MVD was positively correlated with PCNA expression r = 0.4, P <0.05), PCNA expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis. Angiogenesis is thought to play a role in tumor growth and is associated with its proliferation and metastasis. MVD, PCNA expression can be used as an important indicator of malignant esophageal squamous cell carcinogenesis.
