目的探讨急诊医护人员心理健康状况及对策。方法对江苏省通州市人民医院急诊医护人员进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)测试评分。抑郁的评分不受年龄、性别、经济状况等因素影响。结果55名急诊医护人员中,焦虑为17人,阳性率为30.9%,抑郁为19人,阳性率34.5%,其中,轻度抑郁7人,中度抑郁9人,重度抑郁3人。结论抑郁与焦虑无性别差异,心理素质与学历、工作年限有一定的关系,并有统计学意义。
Objective To explore the mental health of emergency medical staff and its countermeasures. Methods Depression self-rating scale (SDS) and anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) test were used to evaluate emergency medical staff in Tongzhou People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province. Depression scores are not affected by age, gender, economic conditions and other factors. Results Among the 55 emergency medical staff, the anxiety was 17, the positive rate was 30.9%, the depression was 19 and the positive rate was 34.5%. Among them, 7 were mild depression, 9 were moderate depression and 3 were major depression. Conclusions There is no gender difference in depression and anxiety, and there is a certain relationship between psychological quality and academic qualifications and working years, which is statistically significant.
