目的 :通过调查分析青少年青春期发育阶段头发钙镁含量与身高体重的关系 ,探讨影响该人群生长发育的地域性特征。方法 :采用随机抽样方法从玉林地区检测了 710例 (男 4 2 4 ,女 2 86) 7~ 16岁的健康青少年的身高体重指标并用偏振塞曼原子吸收仪对他们的头发样品中钙镁含量进行测定。结果 :男女头发中钙含量与身高成负相关 ;女性头发中镁含量与身高体重成正相关 ;男女各年龄间头发钙含量存在显著性差异。结论 :在该地区青少年生长发育时期 ,头发中钙镁含量随着体质发育的变化发生不断的改变 ,不同性别、不同年龄发育阶段头发中钙镁含量表现出不同的变化特征 ,这些变化特征有助于辅助临床诊断以及反映不同发育阶段机体对钙镁的需求量和代谢状况
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between calcium and magnesium content of hair and height and weight of adolescents during their adolescent developmental stages by investigating the regional characteristics that affect the growth and development of the adolescent. Methods: The height and body mass index of 710 healthy adolescents (male 4 2 4, female 2 86) aged 7-16 years from Yulin were detected by random sampling method. The contents of calcium and magnesium in their hair samples were measured by polarized Zeeman atomic absorption spectrometry Measurement was performed. Results: The content of calcium in the hair of men and women was negatively correlated with the height. The content of magnesium in the hair of the women was positively correlated with height and weight. There was significant difference in the calcium content of hair between men and women in different ages. Conclusion: During the growth and development of adolescents in the region, the contents of calcium and magnesium in the hair change continuously with the change of the physical development. The calcium and magnesium contents in the hair of different genders and stages show different changes. These changes are helpful To assist clinical diagnosis and reflect the different developmental stages of the body’s calcium and magnesium demand and metabolic status
