应用免疫组织化学S·P法检测了42例胆囊腺癌和8例胆囊腺瘤中p53蛋白(突变型)的表达情况。结果显示,胆囊腺癌中p53阳性率为47.6%,胆囊腺瘤及癌旁正常粘膜阳性率均为0%,与胆囊腺癌比较,差异有显著性(P<0.005)。p53在胆囊低分化腺癌中阳性表达率明显高于高分化腺癌(P<0.05),p53基因的突变或过表达是胆囊腺癌发生发展过程中常见的基因事件,p53蛋白的过表达可能预示着较差的预后
Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of p53 protein (mutant) in 42 cases of gallbladder adenocarcinoma and 8 cases of gallbladder adenoma. The results showed that the positive rate of p53 in gallbladder adenocarcinoma was 47.6%, and the positive rate of gallbladder adenoma and adjacent normal mucosa was 0%. Compared with gallbladder adenocarcinoma, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.005). The positive expression rate of p53 in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of gallbladder was significantly higher than that of well-differentiated adenocarcinoma (P<0.05). The mutation or overexpression of p53 gene is a common gene event during the development of gallbladder adenocarcinoma. Expression may indicate poor prognosis
