在分析研究线弹性断裂力学计算断裂参量的基础上,采用1/4节点法模拟裂纹尖端应力奇异性,利用数值方法通过有限元软件计算出标准算例的断裂参量应力强度因子KI值,并与理论值相比较,确保了该计算方法的高精确度。并将强度因子应用到含裂纹的带燕尾槽结构的大型锤头锻件工程实例中,为简便准确计算受复杂载荷的不规则含缺陷构件的断裂参量提供理论依据,也为定量预测此类锻件的服役寿命奠定基础。
Based on the analysis of the fracture elastic strain mechanics parameters, the stress intensity singularity at crack tip was simulated by 1/4-node method, and the stress intensity factor KI of fracture criterion was calculated by finite element software by numerical method. The theoretical value is compared to ensure the high accuracy of the calculation method.
