目的 :建立细菌性角膜炎动物模型。方法 :用角膜环钻致家兔眼角膜实质层损伤 ,感染绿脓杆菌、化脓性链球菌。分别在第 1天、第 3天、第 5天取眼分泌物作细菌培养 ,每日观察兔眼症状并评分作统计学 t检验处理 ,第 8天处死家兔取眼球作病理切片检查。结果 :接种细菌 2 4 h后出现典型角膜炎症状。第 1天、第 3天、第 5天细菌培养均呈阳性 ,病理切片观察角膜水肿、充血、上皮细胞剥脱、溃疡、伤口未愈合、有大量炎细胞浸润。结论 :该动物模型便于操作、重复性好 ,适用于抗菌药物筛选
Objective: To establish a bacterial keratitis animal model. Methods: Rabbit cornea ring cornea with corneal real injury, infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pyogenes. On day 1, day 3 and day 5, eye secretions were collected for bacterial culture. Rabbit eyes were observed daily and scored for statistical analysis. On the 8th day, rabbits were sacrificed to take pathological examination. Results: Typical keratitis symptoms occurred after 24 h inoculation of bacteria. On day 1, day 3, and day 5, bacterial culture was positive. Corneal edema, hyperemia, epithelial cell exfoliation, ulcer, wound unhealed, and infiltration of inflammatory cells were observed in pathological sections. Conclusion: The animal model is easy to operate with good repeatability and suitable for antibacterial drug screening
