这要从脂肪的形成说起。人为了生存,每天必需吃进大量的食物。食物提供着人体生理活动所需要的能量。我们把吃进的食物提供的能量称为摄入能量。不论何种食物都提供着三类热能物质,即脂肪、碳水化合物和蛋白质。每克脂肪可提供9千卡(9kcal)热量,每克碳水化合物可提供4千卡(4kcal)热量,每克蛋白质可提供4千卡(4kcal)热量。
This starts with the formation of fat. To survive, people must eat a lot of food every day. Food provides the body’s physical activity required for energy. We call the energy provided by the food we eat into our energy intake. No matter what kind of food provides three types of thermal energy substances, namely, fat, carbohydrates and protein.
