一、继承传统精髓、促进新课改发展课改不是空穴来风,也不是无本之木,它是在扬弃过程中发展的。特别是传统教育的理论,是多少贤能志士实践经验的结晶,是一笔宝贵的财富,我们理应在发展中继承,在继承中发展。可是有的老师不能理智地看待传统教育理论,采取了全盘否定的态度,把传统的东西批得一文不值,仿佛要打进十八层地狱。在这些老师的眼里不打倒旧的东西,新的东西就没有立足之地。其实新的东西都是从旧的东西中演变发展过来的,离开了旧的基床,新的东西就会成为无源之水,无本之木。诚然旧东西客观上阻碍着
