一、瓦斯抽放的变化情况1969年道内煤矿的瓦斯抽放量达到最高水平(17个煤矿共抽放瓦斯40400万米~3,按纯甲烷计算)。随着煤矿的减少,到1974年瓦斯抽放量有逐年下降的倾向(12个煤矿共抽放瓦斯26500万米~3)。1975年由于夕张新煤矿的正式投产、瓦斯抽放量又有所增加(11个煤矿共抽放瓦斯31400万米)。但是,由于幌内煤矿发生事故(1975年11月发生事故,1977年10月恢复生产),以及夕张新第二煤矿停产(1977年8月全面停产),所以瓦斯抽放量1976年减少到30600万米~3。而1977年则减少到26500米~3。1978年由于幌内煤矿全面恢复生产,瓦斯抽放量又增加到28300万米~3。
