[目的]对2003与2013年度辽宁省肿瘤医院中层干部基本情况进行调查分析。[方法]对2003与2013年度辽宁省肿瘤医院中层干部的基本情况进行对比分析。[结果]12003年职能科室中层干部硕博比例为3.7%,2013年增长至38.89%;2003年业务科室中层干部硕博比例为28.21%,2013年增长至67.93%。22003年业务科室中层干部正高比例为84.62%,2013年增长至92.45%。32013年职能科室中层干部较2003年有明显年轻的趋势。42013年与2003年比较,中层干部增加23人。[结论]辽宁省肿瘤中层干部学历、职称提高明显,并呈年龄化趋势,人数有所增加。
[Objective] To investigate the basic situation of middle-level cadres in Liaoning Provincial Cancer Hospital in 2003 and 2013. [Methods] The comparative analysis of the basic situation of middle-level cadres in Liaoning Provincial Tumor Hospital from 2003 to 2013 was conducted. [Results] The proportion of middle-level cadres in functional departments in 12003 was 3.7%, up to 38.89% in 2013; the middle-level cadres in business departments in 2003 had a ratio of 28.21% and increased to 67.93% in 2013. In 22003, the positive ratio of middle-level cadres in business departments was 84.62%, up from 92.45% in 2013. The mid-level cadres in the functional departments in 32013 have a significantly younger trend than in 2003. 42013 Compared with 2003, there were 23 additional middle-level cadres. [Conclusion] The middle school cadre of Liaoning Province had obvious academic record and professional titles, and showed an increasing trend of age.
