喷焊、喷涂实质上是在零件表面喷熔及涂覆一层高质量的金属及合金,以满足工件的各种不同的目的和性能要求。并可以节约金属降低成本提高经济效益。金属喷焊、喷涂层的性能主要取决于其组织结构。近十几年来虽然对喷焊、喷涂的工艺装备进行了大量的研究,对工艺本身有很大促进,但对涂层的组织,特别是影响涂层和基体结合强度的一些因素则研究尚少,无疑这就在一定程度上影响了喷焊、喷涂工艺的进步与发展。本文针对以上情况对喷焊层的金相组织的确定方法,及其影响因素进行了深入的研究。并根据相分析的结果提出了对影响喷焊层及基体结合强度的看法。这对于制定新的工艺及寻找新的喷焊材料具有积极的指导作用。

According to the result of phase analysis, the author put forward the opinion on the bonding strength of spray coating and substrate. This is a positive guide for the development of new processes and the search for new spray materials.
