目的 :确定中国男性青年人体体段质心的位置及测算方法 ,为直接测算中国人体惯性参数提供基础数据。方法 :采用 CT-图像分析法 ,对 5 0例中国男性人群 ( 1 8~ 2 3岁 )进行全身 CT横断层扫描、影像分析和测算。结果 :中国男性青年人体各体段相对质心数据较大 ,质心位置较低 ,尤其四肢体段。 CT-图像分析法的样本相对误差均方根值在 2 .0 4 %以内。结论 :中国青年人体四肢不够发达 ,四肢各体段中骨骼所占比例较大 ,表现出四肢各体段密度较高的结构特点和体型体态特征。CT-图像分析法的测算精度高 ,数据可信。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the position and calculation method of centroid of body of young male in China and provide the basic data for direct measurement of body inertia parameters in China. Methods: Fifty Chinese men (18 ~ 23 years old) underwent CT scan and image analysis with CT-image analysis. Results: The relative centroid data of each body of Chinese male youth were large, the center of mass was lower, especially the limbs. The root mean square value of the relative error of CT-image analysis samples is within 2.04%. CONCLUSION: The limbs of Chinese young people are not well-developed, and the proportions of bones in each limbs of the limbs are relatively large, showing the features of the higher density and body shape of the limbs. CT-image analysis of high accuracy, data credible.
