近年来,我党的干部选择任用制度正在经历着一场重大的变革,以公开选拔和竞争上岗为选拔任用方式制度正在形成。公选竞岗的浪潮冲击着传统的僵化的干部选拔任用制度,使政治领域呈现风雷阵阵、万马嘶鸣的喜人态势,这对我党在新世纪建设一支高素质的干部队伍,体现和实践“三个代表”的重要思想有着极其重要的影响和作用。但公选竞岗毕竟是新生事物,许多方面还不成熟,在实行过程中不可避免地会遇到不少困难和问题。本文拟就公选竞岗的难点和规范化等问题作一些粗浅的探讨。

However, after all, the public run-off competition is a new-born thing and many aspects are still immature. Many difficulties and problems will inevitably be encountered in the implementation process. This article intends to make some superficial discussions on the difficulties and standardization of public bidding for posts.
