随着我国现代企业制度的建立及国家对职工合法权益的有效保护,企业为了进一步加强职工民主参与、民主管理、民主监督,充分发挥职工主人翁意识,彻底让企业经济运行在阳光下,纷纷在企业内部实行厂务公开工作,并取得了一定的成绩。但在实际推行厂务公开工作过程中,也存在着诸如职工缺乏对厂务公开民主管理工作的正确认识,厂务公开制度不完善或有制度没行动、缺少考核监督制度等不足。本文对国有企业在开展厂务公开工作存在不足进行分析的基础上,提出如何通过加强职工思想工作、让职工更好的参与到企业各项事务的管理中,成分发挥民主监督、民主决策的作用。
