采用有限元模拟方法,对正拱开缝型爆破片爆破压力进行了研究,探讨了爆破压力与预拱高度、孔间桥长之间的关系。正拱开缝爆破片爆破压力与相对预拱高度成线性关系。正拱开缝型爆破片的承载能力主要由桥长来决定。爆破压力跟桥长在数量上成正比。
Using the finite element method, the burst pressure of the open caulked bursting disc was studied, and the relationship between the burst pressure and the height of the pre-arch and the bridge length between the bores was discussed. The burst pressure of the positive arch burst rupture disk has a linear relationship with the relative pre-arch height. The load carrying capacity of the positive arched split bursting disc is mainly determined by the length of the bridge. Burst pressure is proportional to the length of the bridge.
