目的了解大专护生对目前开设临床见习课程的总体评价以及护生对护理技术临床见习内容的掌握情况。方法自制《大专护生对医院见习教学效果的总体评价表》,对156名大专二年级护生进行问卷调查。结果大专护生对医院见习教学效果总体评价很满意的占50.0%,对临床带教教师的责任心很满意的占68.6%,对带教教师教学方法很满意的占62.2%,对综合知识与技能的掌握运用能力很满意的占45.5%。结论大专护生的临床见习存在着一些问题,主要表现为创新精神不足、观念滞后等,高职院校临床见习质量有待提高。建议进一步推进临床见习课程改革,优化课程体系,修改完善临床见习计划,重组护生见习教学内容,在实践中不断提升护生理论联系实际的能力,提高其学习积极性。
Objective To understand the overall evaluation of college nursing students on current clinical practice courses and the mastery of nursing students clinical nursing practice. Methods Self-made “college nursing students on the effectiveness of teaching in general evaluation of the hospital table”, 156 college sophomores were investigated. Results The overall evaluation of college nursing students was very satisfied with the evaluation of college nursing students, accounting for 50.0%, 68.6% were satisfied with the sense of responsibility of clinical teaching teachers, 62.2% were satisfied with the teaching methods of teaching teachers, Skilled mastery of ability to use very satisfied with 45.5%. Conclusion There are some problems in clinical probationary nursing students, mainly manifested in lack of innovative spirit, the concept of lagging behind, the quality of clinical probation in higher vocational colleges needs to be improved. It is suggested that the clinical probationary curriculum reform be further promoted, the curriculum system be optimized, the clinical probationary plan revised and perfected, and the nursing teaching practice should be restructured. In practice, the nursing students’ abilities to improve their practical learning should be improved.
