目的为了解使用中医用电子加速器PDD数据表的准确性,探讨放射治疗设备质量控制方面存在的问题,寻求提高放射治疗设备应用质量的方法。方法按照IAEA检测校准方法对使用中的医用电子加速器PDD值进行抽点检测。结果所测86台加速器抽点测量PDD值的相对偏差在±2%以内的分别占40.7%和39.5%;超过±5%的分别占12.8%和14.0%;正偏差明显高于负偏差,正偏差分别占到74.4%和67.4%。结论本次对86台医用加速器PDD抽检结果表明,使用中的PDD偏差偏大的比例较高,应引起重视,加强医用加速器PDD等各项参数的质量控制工作,以进一步提高放射治疗质量。
Objective To understand the accuracy of using PDD data table of Chinese medical electron accelerator and discuss the problems in quality control of radiotherapy equipment and to find ways to improve the quality of radiotherapy equipment application. Methods According to the IAEA detection and calibration method, the PDD value of the medical electron accelerator in use was measured by the spot test. Results The relative deviation of PDD measured by 86 accelerators measured within ± 2% accounted for 40.7% and 39.5%, respectively. Exceed ± 5% accounted for 12.8% and 14.0% respectively. Positive deviation was significantly higher than negative deviation. Deviations accounted for 74.4% and 67.4% respectively. Conclusion The PDD sampling results of 86 medical accelerators show that PDD deviations in the use of a large proportion of bias, should pay attention to and strengthen the medical accelerator PDD and other parameters of quality control to further improve the quality of radiation therapy.
