合理煤柱宽度对于沿空掘巷稳定性关系重大。为了确定王家岭矿综放工作面沿空掘巷的合理煤柱宽度,运用数值模拟方法建立综放沿空掘巷模型,分析不同煤柱宽度下煤柱应力分布规律、变形规律、巷道变形情况等,得出王家岭矿沿空掘巷窄煤柱合理宽度为6~8 m,并在现场工业性试验中得到成功验证。
Reasonable coal pillar width for the stability of roadway driving a significant relationship. In order to determine the reasonable pillar width of roadway driving along next goaf in fully mechanized coal caving face in Wangjialing Mine, numerical simulation is used to establish the model of roadway driving along next goaf and to analyze the stress distribution law, deformation law and roadway deformation of coal pillar under different coal pillar widths It is concluded that the reasonable width of narrow coal pillar along gob-side entry in Wangjialing Mine is 6 ~ 8 m, and it has been successfully verified in on-site industrial tests.
