对在α源标定中发现的两个主要问题作了叙述：（1）α剂量在直径为10mm的面积上是一个非常不均匀的场，这个不均匀性由244Cm源质量差而造成的；（2）辐照仪的计时外剂量不能忽略。测定了两类β辐照仪的计时外剂量，并得到了辐照剂量的计算公式。
Two major problems found in alpha source calibration are described: (1) The alpha dose is a very non-uniform field over a 10 mm diameter area due to the poor mass of the 244Cm source; ( 2) Irradiation instrument outside the dose can not be ignored. The time-phased dosages of two kinds of β-irradiation instruments were measured and the formula of irradiation dose was obtained.
