在旅游活动六要素中,“食”是不可缺少的一部分。乡村饮食文化以自然淳朴的风味特点和独特的乡土文化内涵成为乡村旅游体验中不可或缺的一部分。本文以乡村旅游发展迅速的南京地区为例,归纳出南京乡村饮食文化在饮食习俗、材料选择、烹饪口味和文化背景方面的特点,采用swot分析法分析其作为旅游资源开发的条件,得出饮食文化内涵挖掘、项目活动创新、营销推广方式改进和饮食产业链的创建等有利于南京乡村饮食文化旅游发展的措施,为南京饮食文化旅游资源的保护和发展提供参考。
In the six elements of tourism activities, “food ” is an integral part. Rural diet culture with simple natural flavor characteristics and unique local culture connotation has become an integral part of rural tourism experience. Taking the rapid development of rural tourism in Nanjing as an example, this paper summarizes the characteristics of Nanjing rural food culture in the aspects of eating habits, material selection, cooking taste and cultural background. Using swot analysis to analyze its condition as the development of tourism resources, Cultural connotation excavation, innovation of project activities, improvement of marketing and promotion methods and the establishment of catering industry chain, which are conducive to the development of tourism culture in Nanjing rural areas, and provide reference for the protection and development of food and cultural tourism resources in Nanjing.
