通过化学共沉淀法,制备尖晶石型SnO2-ZnO复合金属氧化物纳米粉体。利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析粉体结构和形貌;通过紫外可见光谱分析光催化剂对甲基橙、二甲酚橙、茜素红、茜素黄四种染料的光催化降解情况。结果表明,该复合氧化物粉体平均粒径小于40nm。通过计算染料的脱色率,说明该催化剂对以上四种染料均有良好的光催化降解作用。
Spinel-type SnO2-ZnO composite metal oxide nanopowder was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method. The structures and morphologies of the powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The photocatalytic activity of the photocatalysts on methyl orange, xylenol orange, alizarin red and alizarin yellow were analyzed by UV- Photocatalytic degradation. The results show that the composite oxide powder average particle size less than 40nm. By calculating the decolorization rate of the dye, indicating that the catalyst for these four dyes have good photocatalytic degradation.
