从实际情况出发,对高职教育的小班化分层合作教学进行了诠释,并针对如何体现以学生为中心,如何创建使学生没有焦虑感的课堂,如何创建分层合作平等的课堂,如何在校培养学生职业素质与能力等问题进行分析与探讨。
Based on the actual situation, this paper interprets the teaching of small-class and cooperative teaching in higher vocational education and proposes how to embody the students-centered approach to how to create classrooms that make students have no anxiety and how to create a classroom with equality and cooperation in different levels School training students’ professional quality and ability to analyze and discuss.
