改革开放三十年多年来,不仅我国经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,医院在市场经济环境下,也取得较大的成就。随着经济全球化和一体化的深入,我国医院改革与发展更是迫在眉睫,其中绩效管理成为医院内部改革的重点。由于绩效管理可以提高员工积极性,加强医院与职工间的交流,并且推动医院内部建设等方面有着重要作用。对此,本文将探讨医院绩效管理存在的问题,并在此基础上,提出切实可行的解决措施。
Over the past three decades of reform and opening up, not only has China’s economic development made remarkable achievements, but also its great achievements have been made in the market economy. With the deepening of economic globalization and integration, the reform and development of hospitals in our country is even more urgent. Performance management has become the focus of internal reform in hospitals. Because of the performance management can improve the enthusiasm of staff, strengthen the communication between the hospital and staff, and promote the internal construction of the hospital and so plays an important role. In this regard, this article will explore the existing problems of hospital performance management, and on this basis, put forward practical solutions.
