0.引言随着油田开发工作不断深入,油井含水升高、出砂加剧、地层能量不足,河口采油厂部分区块油井,存在免修期短、年平均作业频次偏高、出砂、偏磨、结蜡严重,导致低效井增多。2009年全厂各类油井作业1539井次,其中多轮次低效井202井次,全厂3.6%的多轮次低效井作业次数达到作业总次数的13.1%。为了延长这部分井的免修期,提高单井产能,根据每口井特点进行多方面分析,制定了对策,实施后延长了油井免修期,提高了油井产能、降低了维护费用,取得了良好效果。
0. In 2009, the whole plant operated 1,539 wells of various types, of which 202 wells with multiple rounds of inefficient wells and 3.6% of the total number of rounds of inefficient wells with multiple wells reached 13.1% of the total number of operations. In order to prolong the exemption period of this part of the well and improve the productivity of single well, a multi-faceted analysis was made according to the characteristics of each well and a countermeasure was formulated. After implementation, oil well maintenance-free period was extended, oil well productivity was increased, maintenance cost was reduced, and good results were achieved .
