目的 研究 p5 3和Bcl 2蛋白在胸腺瘤中表达及其临床意义。 方法 应用免疫组化染色方法观察胸腺瘤中 p5 3、Bcl 2蛋白表达阳性细胞密度和分布。 结果 5 1例胸腺瘤中 41例 p5 3蛋白表达阳性 ( 80 .4% ) ,p5 3表达与胸腺瘤浸润性密切相关 ,2 3例浸润性胸腺瘤中 16例p5 3蛋白高度表达 ,而 2 8例非浸润性胸腺瘤仅 2例高度表达 (P <0 .0 1) ;梭形细胞型胸腺瘤Bcl 2蛋白均为阳性。结论 提示 p5 3表达异常发生于胸腺瘤的早期 ,其表达异常可作为判断胸腺瘤病变性质的指标。梭形细胞型胸腺瘤可能来源于正常胸腺髓质上皮细胞。
Objective To study the expression of p53 and Bcl2 in thymoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the density and distribution of p53 and Bcl2 positive cells in thymoma. Results The positive expression rate of p5 3 protein in 41 cases of thymoma was 80.4%. The expression of p5 3 was closely related to the invasiveness of thymoma. Among the 23 cases of invasive thymoma, 16 cases of p5 3 protein were highly expressed, while 2 Only 8 of 8 non-invasive thymoma were highly expressed (P <0.01), while the Bcl-2 protein of spindle-shaped thymoma was all positive. Conclusions The abnormal expression of p5 3 occurs in the early stage of thymoma. The abnormal expression of p5 3 may be used as an index to judge the pathological changes of thymoma. Spindle cell thymoma may be derived from normal thymus medulla epithelial cells.
