为了恢复 8m× 6m风洞动力系统的负载能力 ,提高其稳定性与可靠性。利用两套额定值为 485V、30A的小功率调速装置 ,通过改造 ,控制两桥串联的大功率晶闸管整流柜 ,驱动 2 60 0kW直流电动机实现转速控制 ,从而将 8m× 6m风洞模拟调速系统成功地改造成全数字调速系统。结果表明 :通过改造进口小功率全数字装置 ,实现对大功率调速系统的全数字控制 ,其投资与模拟调速系统的相当 ,而技术上达到了世界上 90年代的水平
In order to restore the load capacity of 8m × 6m wind tunnel power system and improve its stability and reliability. Using two sets of low-power speed regulating devices rated at 485V and 30A, the speed control of 2 60 0kW DC motor is realized through transformation and control of high-power thyristor rectifier cabinet connected in series with two bridges so as to control the speed of 8m × 6m wind tunnel System successfully transformed into full digital speed control system. The results show that: through the transformation of imported low-power digital devices to achieve full-digital control of high-power speed control system, the investment and analog speed control system, and technically reached the world’s 90’s level
