应用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检测100例老年性白内障患者眼动脉的血流动力学改变。结果发现:①白内障眼动脉频谱形态改变主要为第一峰降低,波形圆钝,舒张期流速减低;②白内障组(成熟期和未成熟期)与对照组比较vmax(最大收缩期流速)与v(平均流速)明显减慢,而RI(阻力指数)和PI(搏动指数)显著增大(P<0.01);其中以成熟期组vmax、v减慢较明显(P<0.01);③不同年龄组成熟期白内障眼动脉的vmax与v无显著性差异,而≥70岁组RI与PI则较其它组增高(P<0.05)。提示白内障眼动脉血流灌注减弱,血管阻力增高,弹性差。CDFI可准确反映白内障眼动脉的供血情况及血液循环障碍程度,为临床白内障患者的诊治提供有价值的信息。
Color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) was used to detect the hemodynamics of the ophthalmic artery in 100 elderly patients with cataract. The results showed that: (1) The spectral changes in the cataractous ophthalmic artery were mainly the decrease of the first peak, the oblate waveform and the decrease of the diastolic velocity; (2) The vmax (maximal systolic velocity) and v (Mean flow rate) decreased significantly while RI (resistance index) and PI (pulsation index) increased significantly (P <0.01), while vmax and v decreased more significantly in mature stage (P <0.01) (3) There was no significant difference in vmax and v between cataract and ophthalmic artery in different age groups, while RI and PI in ≥70 group were higher than those in other groups (P <0.05). Prompted cataract ophthalmic arterial blood flow weakened, vascular resistance increased, poor flexibility. CDFI can accurately reflect the supply of cataract ophthalmic artery blood and the degree of blood circulation disorders, clinical cataract patients provide valuable information.
