如何有效地开展全员质量知识培训是企业必然要面对的而且必须解决的问题。石油钻井企业由于其业务主要为野外作业,作业条件艰苦且流动性较大,休假时间相对不固定,因此质量知识培训存在工学矛盾、培训方式陈旧、培训效果不理想、师资力量薄弱等多重困难。探讨了目前石油钻井企业质量知识培训中遇到的难点问题以及如何解决问题的方法,介绍石油钻井企业质量知识培训的实践与创新经验,探讨了更为有效的质量知识培训方法与途径。
How to carry out all-staff quality knowledge training effectively is an issue that enterprises must face and must solve. Oil drilling enterprises are mainly engaged in field work, difficult working conditions and large liquidity, and their leave time is relatively unfixed. Therefore, the quality knowledge training has multiple difficulties such as engineering contradiction, obsolete training methods, unsatisfactory training effects and weak teachers. This paper discusses the difficulties encountered in the training of quality knowledge of petroleum drilling enterprises and the methods of how to solve the problems. It also introduces the practice and innovation experience of quality knowledge training of petroleum drilling enterprises, and discusses the more effective methods and ways of quality knowledge training.
